Useful Objects

I design and manufacture tools that make it easier to do the things I love to do.

I have encountered a number of confounding gaps in the seemingly endless universe of products available for sale today, and I’ve resolved to fill them by designing and crafting the solutions myself. I am bringing back a more honest form of business, free from subscriptions, trials, or proprietary ecosystems. I am going to make things that solve problems for people, and in return I will earn a modest living and support my family. Growth is not the goal, great products are.

Each of these tools will be designed and made with the intent that they can be with you for the rest of your life. They won’t fail prematurely, but when some part of them eventually needs mending after years of use, they are designed and constructed in such a way that myself or any other suitably skilled craftsperson can repair them with commonly available materials and methods. They are designed to be maximally adaptable, configurable, and modular so that as your needs change and evolve over time, these products can change and adapt with you.

I hope you find something here that looks like it would make your life easier, or at least more pleasant. If nothing here is quite what you’re after, shoot me an email. I’d love to solve your problem.
